In order to have a  Access Group sync to Mailchimp, you will need to set up specific configuration in the Access Group . This is done in the Access Group Manager.

Required access:

You will need the Access Group Administrator or Administrator access level.

Where to go:

  • Go to Admin Member Management
  • Select Access Group Manager

Steps to be taken:

  1. Under the Action column next to the group you'd like to sync, click Configure
  2. Choose Yes in the Sync With Mailchimp dropdown
  3. Click Next

  4. Click Done
  5. During the next Sync with Mailchimp, approximately every 4 hours, the Access Group will appear as a Tag in Mailchimp.
