In order to have an Access Group sync to Mailchimp as tags, you can select which groups to sync in CRM Sync.


Required access:

You will need the MailChimp Manager or Administrator access level.


Where to go:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Select CRM Sync
  • Click on Manage Access Groups


Steps to be taken:

  1. Select all the Access Groups that you want to sync to MailChimp.
  2. Click Save changes and after the next sync runs, these Access Groups will appear as tags in MailChimp.
