How to fulfill requirements assigned to your members. (Duration 1:43)


You can manually fulfill requirements for a group of members all at once if needed. The system is set up to have the ability to automatically fulfill requirements based on form submissions, hours submissions, and registration attendance. However, there may be individual situations where you need to manually fulfill requirements en mass. This article will walk through this process.

Required access:

You will need the Requirements Administrator access level.

How to get there:

  • Go to Admin > Member Management
  • Select Requirements Manager

Steps to be taken:

  1. Click the Fulfill tab
  2. Click Fulfill Requirements
  3. Choose the Period Span in which they will need to fulfill the requirement
  4. Choose the requirement to fulfill from the Requirement dropdown. To learn about creating requirements to assign, click here: How to Create a Requirement
    • If you choose an Hours requirement, a new dropdown will appear for you to define how many hours you are fulfilling for this requirement 
    • If you choose a Registration requirement, a new dropdown will appear for you to define how many shifts/events/meetings credits you are fulfilling for this requirement
  5. If applicable, add any Admin Notes about the assignment. These will only be seen by administrators.

  6. Continue
  7. Next you'll choose which volunteers to fulfill the requirements for. You can filter by a person's name, by everyone of a particular status, everyone in a certain access group, or everyone within a certain position. After making a selection, click Filter.
  8. You'll see all names of people who match your filter. You can pick and choose from this list of names on the next page. Click Continue.
  9. Next, you'll confirm the assignment and click Fulfill Requirements. This will officially fulfill the requirement amount you chose for the selected users.
  10. The refresh rate is immediate to fulfill requirements.
