This article will show you how an Sdmin can approve hours a member has manually submitted. This will be done in the Hours Manager.
Accessing the Hours Manager
You will need the Hours Administrator administrative access level.
To get to the Hours Manager screen, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin > Member Management
- Select Hours Manager
Approving/Rejecting Volunteer Submitted Hours
- Once at the Hours Manager, filter on the hours information you are looking for
- To approve an individual hour entry, click Edit next to the entry
- Change the Status to Approved
- Save
- Note: You can also change hours information from what they submitted (ie, the total hours worked, activity name, etc.)
- The refresh rate is immediate to update any hours entries.
Mass Approving Hours
- If you'd like to approve multiple hours entries at once, filter on the hours you'd like to mass approve
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Approve All
