This article will show you how add an admin can override hours per member on an individual shift level. This would be used if a member should receive less or more hours for an individual event/shift. It will increase or decrease the amount of hours requirement credit they receive.

Example One (Adding Extra Hours): if an event/shift is 3 hours longer but a member stayed for 5 hours, an admin may want add an override amount of 5 for the member, so they receive extra hours credit.

Example Hours (Removing Hours): if an event/shift is 3 hours longer but a member left an hour early, an admin may want add an override amount of 2 for the member, so they do not receive the full 3 hours credit.
